Long-Term Care
We assist families and individual in securing approval for Medicaid LTC services. We are dedicated to providing support that eases the burden of daily tasks, ensuring individuals receive safe and comfortable care.
PRIVATE PAY
Provider and Patient Identification: Names of the healthcare provider and the patient.
Service Period: The timeframe for which the agreement is valid.
Patient Responsibility: A clear statement that the patient is responsible for all costs.
No Medicaid Claim: Confirmation that the provider will not submit a claim to Medicaid for these services.
Understanding of Rights: Acknowledgment that the patient has the right to seek services from providers who do accept Medicaid.

RESPITE
Temporary relief for family caregivers, by offering short-term care for their loved ones, allowing caregivers to rest, attend to personal needs, or take a vacation, knowing their family member is in capable hands here at Galatians 5 22. These services can range from a few hours to several weeks and cover various needs, including personal care, companionship, housekeeping, and supervision for seniors or individuals with disabilities.
